我是常驻保护区的在地向导，深耕这片爱德华时期花园郊区社区。徒步将穿行1911年著名住宅展的样板房街区，探访获奖住宅，解读每位建筑师的设计巧思，细看烟囱、窗型、砖墙肌理、乡土风格与工艺美术建筑的区别，还原当年花园郊区运动的理想与故事。
路线为平缓街区步行，强度很低，边走边讲，不赶行程。
适合建筑爱好者、英国历史文化爱好者，想深度了解伦敦小众保护区，热爱伦敦社区观察的朋友。

I am a resident guide in this conservation area, with long-standing knowledge of its Edwardian garden-suburb community. The walk follows the show-home streets of the 1911 housing exhibition, visits award-winning houses, and reads each architect's design choices through chimneys, windows, brickwork, vernacular style and Arts and Crafts architecture.
This is a gentle, low-intensity neighbourhood walk: we move at an unhurried pace and talk as we go.
It is for architecture and British-history enthusiasts, as well as people curious about a lesser-known London conservation area and close observation of London communities.
